SESSION 1 STUDY DAY
During this introductory study day we will explore how scripture fits together. We will look at how the bible fits together and think about the story of the bible and its main themes.
SESSION 5 STUDY DAY
In this session we will begin to examine what is arguably the most well loved book in the whole bible, the book of Psalms.
SESSION 6
In this session we will look at the book of John, its date and authorship, its structure, themes and what it says about Jesus.
SESSION 7
In this session we look at the main themes of the second of Luke's writings, the Acts of the Apostles, as well as its structure and how it relates to our church life today.
SESSION 8
In this session we will identify which of the epistles are ascribed to Paul and begin to examine the the main themes and ideas that Paul presents in different ways in all of his letters.
SESSION 9
​The book of Revelation has been the subject of much debate and speculation over the centuries since it was written. In this session we will explore the main messages of the book, its structure and relationship to the Old Testament.
SESSION 10 STUDY DAY
In our final study day, as well as looking back over the whole module, we will spend some time exploring two of the Old Testament's Narrative Books, Jonah and Ruth and how the themes of these timeless stories are still incredibly relevant in our modern world.
